Stretch! But first always make sure you do some cardio before you stretch. Do 20-30 jumping jacks then get into stretches. I reccomend left and right splits for at least 30 seconds and no more than a minute for each side. Also your middle splits and gravity splits! Gravity splits are a fast way to get your middle splits if you do them for 5-10 minutes a day. What you do is lay on your back in front of a wide piece of wall. Scoot your butt up against the wall and do your middle splits against the wall. Hope that helps!
